MBEI Grenada has an activity coordinator that plans an exciting activity schedule for you each term. By interacting with other students and joining activities, you will make your time at our school much more memorable and enriching experience. This is a great opportunity to practice and improve your English while you’re exploring the adventures of Grenada and soaking up the island sun.
As part of your spice island experience, MBEI Grenada has regular activities that include small craft sailing, ocean kayaking, beautiful waterfall hikes, barbecue cook outs, beach snorkeling trips, chocolate and rum factory visits, the cricket museum and old colonial forts. While here on the island take time to experience world class scuba diving.
Engage in English conversation with locals while at bars and nightclubs dancing to the local steel bands. On this safe friendly island there is something for everyone and making your stay here as memorable as possible is our goal.

Grenada Carnival (Every August)
Grenada’s Carnival referred to as ‘Spicemas’ is a Grenadian event climaxing during the second Monday and Tuesday in August. In this festive season, Calypsonians, Steel pan, Beauty contestants, Orchestras, ‘Fancy mas’ bands and others perform and parade to compete for carnival honors. It is an expression of color, humor and fun!
